My Life After Graduation
That's me. Nasia Rená Colebrooke. Officially a graduate of the now University of The Bahamas (formerly College of The Bahamas). In fact, I am a cohort of the inaugural "university" class, Class of 2017. That's my bff Robyn next to me. Hey girl, hey!!
The photographer caught me off-guard here. Looking into the crowd of cheering faces, waving hands, swinging banners and flashing lights, I didn't even see him obviously standing so close to me to catch such an iconic shot.
I look happy, confident, so sure of myself, like I have a great future ahead of me, right? They say pictures don't lie, but this one...
In reality, I am 25, unemployed, uninspired and searching for myself. In creating this blog, I hope to find the old me, the real me, the inspired me again.
